It is the established policy of Knight Build Limited to provide its clients with a service, which complies in all respects with the agreed and specified requirements.
All Operational sites within the company aim to achieve their objectives by having a Quality Management System in compliance with BS EN ISO 9001:2008. The system includes quality management objectives, policies, organisations and procedures associated with the activities of each operating region. The operation of the system will be the responsibility of every person within the organisation.
The company acknowledges the right, when contractually agreed, to allow Clients or their authorised representative, reasonable access to all parts of the Quality System, including any relevant documentation pertaining to the work being carried out by Knight Build Limited / Sub-Contractors/ Consultants on behalf of any operational site within the company.
The Knight Build Limited Quality Manager, who has a reporting line to me, has the responsibility and the authority to develop, co-ordinate and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the Quality System. He is independent of other functions and has the authority to liaise with the senior management within the company, in the execution of his responsibilities.
