December 2011 As part of our commitment to continuing improvement in our performance with regards to our Environmental Policy and ISO 14001; reducing CO2 emissions is key. To this end Knight Build Limited are very proud to have taken possession of the first of the Smart Cars to join our fleet of vehicles. The Smart Car was chosen for its low fuel consumption, (average of 621 km per tank) and ecological concept – all new Smart cars joining our fleet of vehicles will produce less than 100g CO2 per kilometer, this compares to the current company car average of 270g per kilometer.

November 2011 Knight Build Limited were presented with their Trading Standards Award & Certificate from Essex Trading Standards at a presentation ceremony held in Brentwood, on the 24th November. October 2011 Knight Build limited became a member of the Considerate Constructors Company Registration Scheme on 28th October 2011. As well as the registration of all of our larger sites with the Considerate Constructors Site Registration Scheme, we decided that our smaller and shorter duration projects should benefit from the same code of practice as the larger site. We have a commitment from our work force to maintain the code of the Considerate Constructors Scheme and in turn give the same commitment and promise to our customers to perform/deliver the same on all of our project no matter the size.
